Robust site organization ensures on-time delivery, strict traceability and technical supervision. We also undertake restoration and refurbishment with the same level of rigor as new builds.
Indoor/outdoor courts for basketball, handball, mini-football, padel, volleyball, etc. Certified sport surfacing with drainage and regulation line-marking. Construction and fit-out with optional lighting, fencing, stands and sports furniture as required by the project.
Design and construction of standard or Olympic pools (with/without heating) for sports complexes, educational facilities or leisure centers. Scope: civil works, water-treatment systems, plant rooms, decks and stands. We also deliver full sports complexes including pools, tracks, play areas and related infrastructures.
High-performance synthetic tracks designed to meet federation standards. Multi-layer systems with EPDM topcoat for excellent grip, shock absorption and durability. End-to-end scope: earthworks, drainage, surfacing, peripherals, lighting, stands — plus preparatory works (clearing, backfilling, trenching, backfilling and grading).
Urban or integrated skateparks in cast-in-place concrete or modular systems. Designed for safety, flow and wear resistance, tailored to site constraints and user needs. Includes earthworks and all technical provisions required for proper operation.
Technical fit-outs & Utilities (VRD)
Secondary technical packages complementing the main structure: roofing and slab waterproofing, suspended ceilings, partitions and linings, thermal/acoustic insulation, soft/hard floorings, tiling, paintwork, wall treatments, metalwork, passive safety and signage. Roads and utilities (VRD): roads, highways and urban development; wastewater networks (to treatment plants); and other utilities (potable water, electricity, telecommunications). Executed with the same rigor as structural works to ensure overall consistency, durability and performance.
